Almonds are my go-to snack when I’m on the go. To have a sweeter option that’s super healthy and easy to make, try adding cinnamon and roasting for an hour and voila! Something a little different for your afternoon pick-me-up.
Cinnamon Covered Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole almonds (unsalted)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Spring of Rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250
- In a bowl, mix almonds, cinnamon, olive oil and salt
- On a baking sheet, spread almonds out in a single layer
- Roast for 1 hour and serve
- Optional: Add Rosemary on top of almonds
