Overnight Fruit Oat Breakfast

- ¼ an apple
- ¼ ripe pear
- ¼ an orange
- 6 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Almond milk to taste
- *Mason jar
- In a mason jar, layer all ingredients: apple, pear, orange, oats, and chia seeds
- Fill the rest of the jar with the almond milk (amount will depend on the size of the jar)
- Refrigerate overnight and have for breakfast the next morning!
- * Feel free to include other fruits depending on season and preference
