Overnight Fruit Oat Breakfast

Ingredients
  • ¼ an apple
  • ¼ ripe pear
  • ¼ an orange
  • 6 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Almond milk to taste
  • *Mason jar
Instructions
  1. In a mason jar, layer all ingredients: apple, pear, orange, oats, and chia seeds
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with the almond milk (amount will depend on the size of the jar)
  3. Refrigerate overnight and have for breakfast the next morning!
  4. * Feel free to include other fruits depending on season and preference
