Massaged Kale & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale, ribs removed
  • 2 avocados, cut into pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ΒΌ teaspoon pink himalayan sea salt (or more to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt
  2. Add cut up kale and massage well with your hands for about 1 minute (or until kale starts to soften)
  3. Add in onions and avocado and continue to massage ingredients together
