Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 2 big handfuls of dark leafy green (kale, spinach, swiss chard etc.)
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax, hemp or chia
  • Ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a Vitamix (or blender of choice)
  2. Blend and enjoy!
