- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- 2 big handfuls of dark leafy green (kale, spinach, swiss chard etc.)
- ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons ground flax, hemp or chia
- Ice (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a Vitamix (or blender of choice)
- Blend and enjoy!
