I love smoothies! This greenberry smoothie is packed with vitamins, protein, cancer prevention properties, promotes heart health, etc etc. So much goodness is just one glass will keep you going in the morning or when you need a pick-me-up snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 2 big handfuls of dark leafy green (kale, spinach, swiss chard etc.)
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax, hemp or chia
  • Ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a Vitamix (or blender of choice)
  2. Blend and enjoy!
