Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut Butter CupsIngredients:
~ 2 bags of dark chocolate
~ 1-2 cups of any nut butter (I usually use peanut butter)
~ Pink himalayan sea salt
* Will need a cupcake/muffin tin and cupcake wrappers
Directions:
~ Melt chocolate in a pan on low heat, making sure to stir occasionally
~ Once chocolate is melted, pour evenly into cupcake wrappers
(Take a pastry brush and spread chocolate up the sides of the wrappers as much as possible)
~ Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens
~ Take out and place a spoonful of peanut butter onto chocolate and pat down with the back of a spoon or using your finger
~ Add a dash of the salt onto each cup
~ Pour the rest of the chocolate on each cup to fully cover the peanut butter
~ Put back in the refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until the cups are fully hardened
* Makes about 30
