<p>This smoothie tastes just like summer! I recently got a Vitamix for my wedding (I have a feeling I&#8217;m going to get addicted to this thing!) and can&#8217;t stop playing with different smoothie concoctions. In Thailand, I ate mango at least once a day so I plan to keep that up as much as possible and this smoothie is a perfect start. I&#8217;m willing summer to hurry up and get here with this baby!</p>
<p><strong>Tropical Coconut Smoothie </strong><br />
Serves 2</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>~ 1 banana<br />
~ ½ cup pineapple (fresh or fresh)<br />
~ ½ cup mango (fresh or frozen<br />
~ ¾ cup coconut milk<br />
~ Shredded coconut for garnish</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>~ Blend banana, pineapple, mango and coconut milk<br />
~ Garnish with shredded coconut<br />
~ Serve immediately</p>
