Add a splash of water to thin. <p>One morning I was fooling around in the kitchen trying to create something new and different for breakfast. I usually have a smoothie because it&#8217;s the fastest and easiest option, but I had time to sit and enjoy so I wanted to embrace it! I threw together all of my favorite seeds (including pomegranate, such a powerful taste!) and voila! This super seed breakfast bowl was born. Filling, nutrient dense and delicious.<br />
