The Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen lists are super important! The dirty dozen is a list of fruits and vegetables that you should steer clear of buying or eating unless they’re organic. These items are sprayed much more than other crops and often grown in GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) soil. To make sure that you’re eating the cleanest and healthiest foods, keep this list in your back pocket (maybe literally??) and try to opt for the organic option instead. The clean fifteen is the list of fruits and vegetables that you can save a few dollars on by buying the regular items and not the organic (which tend to be just a bit more expensive). This list is just as important to note to help with your ordering or shopping choices.
